Jim Kafasis - Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone, Keyboards

Jim is the manager of the orchestra and one of the original co-founders. He plays the woodwinds and has a clarinet style that can either belt out a traditional "folk" tune, or swing to a more modern sound. You will often find him on the dance floor performing a TAXIM (Greek improvisation) in the crowd.

Chuck Koustas - Lead Bouzoukee, Lead Vocals

Chuck is our lead for the Greek music - what more can we say. We follow him instrumentally and vocally. He's also living proof that left handed musicians tend to exhibit more artistic qualities. Just navigate to the music samples page and listen to some or our recordings. His voice and bouzoukee playing will convince you !

Jim Varetimos - Guitar, Vocals

Jim V. helps drive our rhythm section with his guitar playing. Complementing this, he has a deep voice with an incredible range and sings many of the modern Laika songs.

John Papadonis - Drums, Vocals

John's drumming style will definitely get you up dancing. This orchestra prides itself on the "KEFI" it generates in their performances. Our drummer is a key reason for it. He is also our Master of Ceremonies (MC). A talent extremely important when coordinating the formalities of a Wedding reception.

Ross Richardson - Bass, Bouzoukee, Guitar,

and Vocals

Ross is an extremely talented and versatile musician. He has over 30 years of experience performing Greek music, and is extremely proficient on every instrument he plays. You'll enjoy the mellow sounds of the two bouzoukia when he and Chuck perform in duet. He also sings lead on a number of the American tunes.
